 Are you facing important changes in your life? 


Struggling with forming or maintaining healthy relationships? Perhaps you're at a critical point where change is necessary or you are at risk of losing something that matters a great deal to you. 

Many people have sought my help in navigating these challenges, and I've been privileged to help support them in seeing positive and sustained change. 



Common themes often encountered in my practice: 


  • Relationships: Feeling a sense of low self-worth, difficulty in authentically connecting with others, and challenges in forming and maintaining relationships.


  • Boundaries: Prioritising the needs of others before your own, recognising the toll this takes on your personal well-being, and identifying a lack of balance in areas such as work/life integration and self-care.


  • Emotional challenges: Experiencing emotional instability and patterns of self-sabotage that hinder meeting your fundamental needs.

As a psychotherapist and counsellor, I bring a psychodynamic approach to my work. Through this lens, I believe that conscious and unconscious patterns shape our daily lives and can present significant difficulties. 

By working collaboratively with my clients, I aim to gain a clearer understanding of these patterns, explore their origins, and acknowledge their impact. 

With this clarity, positive changes become possible—building healthy relationships, developing essential skills to sustain them, establishing clear boundaries to meet your needs, and learning emotional regulation while breaking free from limiting patterns.
